Shipping Coordinator (6 months)

Shipping Coordinator (Temporary 6 months with potential for extension)

Are you ready to be part of our shipping team and help shape the way we move goods across the globe?

We’re on the lookout for a new Shipping Coordinator to join our shipping team per 1. Januar 2027. (This isn’t just another operations role. It’s a chance to help build a central function from the ground up, collaborate across countries, and put your fingerprint on the way we work — from day one).

We’re a fast-moving international company, and logistics plays a key role in how we serve our customers. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team where we take our work seriously.  We believe that collaboration, curiosity, and a bit of humor go a long way.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating incoming shipments (AIR, SEA, ROAD, COURIER) from global suppliers to our warehouses in DK, ES, FR, PL, and the UK

• Booking of transports and follow up expected delivery performance

• Handling Cross Trade shipments and making sure all documentation is in place

• Working closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams

• Checking and preparing import documents like invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin

• Supporting customs clearance and working with freight forwarders and authorities

• Acting as the go-to person between carriers and our Goods-In departments

• Coordinating outgoing shipments (AIR, SEA, ROAD, COURIER) from our warehouses in DK, ES, FR, PL, and the UK to our international customers

• Reviewing logistics performance across countries — and suggesting how we can do it even better

• Approving freight invoices and helping us stay on top of costs

What we’re hoping you bring

• Experience from a similar role in shipping, freight, logistics, or supply chain

• A good knowledge for international transport and eventual customs

• A structured mindset and a proactive approach — you like to get things done

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (more languages are a bonus)

• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to grow with the team

• Experience with ERP/logistics systems is a plus, but not a dealbreaker

What we offer in return

• A full-time role (37 hours/week) with plenty of room for personal and professional development

• The chance to join a department with a global scope — and help shape the way it runs

• A positive team culture where we back each other up, learn together, and laugh daily

• An international workplace with great colleagues across Europe

If this sounds like your kind of place and role, we’d love to hear from you.
