As an Assistant Store Manager, you can look forward to personal development, career opportunities, and a strong sense of community. You will have several areas of responsibility. Daily, you will act as the Store Manager’s right hand and sparring partner. When the Store Manager is away, sick, or on vacation, you will take full operational charge of the store.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and train employees, ensuring they are happy and motivated.
- Lead by example on the store floor for your colleagues.
- Handle various administrative tasks.
- Support the Store Manager in all types of daily duties.
- Ensure the store achieves its financial and operational targets.
- Act as a role model for Netto’s values and the Netto Employee Experience (NEX).
