Job Description - Sr Account Manager Plant Based Platform

Job title - Sr Account Manager Plant Based Platform Location - Flexible in Western Europe Job model -Hybrid Vestkorn part of DSM-Firmenich is one of the leading producers in Europe of gluten-free protein- and starch concentrates from dry processing of peas&beans and textured pea- and faba protein. The company exports its ingredients world-wide. It is a very interesting role with a lot of responsibility and room for creativity. You will be part of a growing business area in the plant-based platform within dsm-firmenich. You have close interaction with our business management. Your key responsibilities: Contribute to developing the sales plan, both strategically and tactically Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan, report based on defined performance indicators and take corrective actions, to achieve the results and grow the business Introduce new products, applications to the customers Lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts Identify long term business opportunities with the account(s) and include these in the account strategy and plan We bring: Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change Dedication to creating better futures for customers, communities, people, and the planet Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative Customer-first approach, working with world-renowned brands to turn ideas into impactful solutions A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome You bring: Strong ability to drive new business creation, identify market opportunities, and build strategic partnerships to expand our regional presence Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a science, technology, or business-related field At least 5+ years of commercial experience in proteins food Proven track record of sales success and key account management A spirit of initiative and drive for progress, contributing to our collective success as you are empowered to take ownership Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to translate regional strategy to local market' needs Experience working across Western Europe countries and fluent in English & written and spoken The application process Interested in this position?
