Your new role

As Senior Security Partner, you will be a trusted strategic advisor for IT and OT security across Global Manufacturing & Supply. You will help set the direction for security and risk management in your area, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure that manufacturing security practices remain robust, pragmatic and aligned with Novo Nordisk's global security standards.

This is a senior advisory role where your expertise in information security, industrial control systems and regulated manufacturing environments will directly influence how Novo Nordisk protects critical production systems, strengthens resilience and enables continued innovation across Global Manufacturing & Supply.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert advice on industrial security for manufacturing systems, industrial control systems and major manufacturing projects


• Driving IT/OT security and risk initiatives across the SVP area, including maturity assessments, risk identification and improvement roadmaps


• Setting strategic direction for manufacturing security, ensuring alignment between global strategies, local needs and business priorities


• Leading cross-functional security projects and contributing to target architecture, frameworks, tools, systems and processes across Global Manufacturing & Supply


• Ensuring governance and adherence to IT security standards, while advising on external requirements, SOPs, supplier responses and risk mitigation


• Translating complex security topics into clear stakeholder communication, while mentoring colleagues and supporting incident coordination for manufacturing environments

As Security Partners, we work collaboratively across the organisation as relationship-driven security advisors, ensuring that robust and effective security practices support our mission to defeat serious chronic diseases.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an experienced information security professional who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You'll bring:

• MSc/BSc degree (or similar) with 10+ years of experience within Information Security, IT Security, IT Systems, or IT Infrastructure


• Proven track record of defining, leading and executing information security strategies with demonstrated deliverables that provide clear business value to management and stakeholders


• Expertise in aligning information security initiatives with business objectives and facilitating adoption of security best practices across all organisational levels


• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders through pragmatic, risk-based security discussions


• High degree of independence, integrity and decisiveness when dealing with complex security issues


• Ability to balance multiple concurrent tasks, work under pressure and deliver high-quality output within agreed deadlines while maintaining a strong customer focus and business understanding

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 847,000.00 to 1,245,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
