How you will make an impact

As a Strategy Analyst, you will join the newly established Strategy & Market Insight function, created as part of a broader organisational transformation bringing strategy and business development closer to executive management. The team plays a central role in Arla Foods Ingredients overall strategy process – from development and implementation to communication and follow-up – while also delivering high-quality market and competitor insights to senior leadership and the Board.

This is an role designed as a strong learning and development springboard, where you will gradually take ownership of defined analytical areas and projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting internal and external analyses, including market, competitor and performance analyses, to inform strategic decisions


• Contributing to strategy material and presentations for executive management, leadership forums and the Board, with a strong focus on clarity and storytelling


• Supporting and co-driving strategic initiatives and projects


• Building expertise and take ownership of defined analysis areas or market insight initiatives in close collaboration with the team and key stakeholders


• Working as an internal consultant with broad stakeholder interaction across the organisation

To succeed in this role, you:

• Hold a Master's degree in Business administration, or a related field, potentially supported by a few years of experience from a similar role or from a consultancy


• Have strong analytical skills and experience with market, business or strategic analyses


• Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and verbally, and can translate data into concise, executive-ready messages


• Are proactive and comfortable working independently in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders


• Have solid PowerPoint skills and enjoy crafting structured presentations with clear storylines


• Thrive in an internal consultant role and are motivated by close collaboration across functions


• Are curious, eager to learn and motivated by a steep learning curve and continuous development
