We’re looking for a Strategy Manager to join our ambitious team. You’ll work directly with leadership to drive key initiatives, shape our growth strategy, and ensure ideas turn into action. If you thrive on solving complex problems, influencing decisions, and making a real impact, this is your chance.

What you'll do

Lead strategic projects from idea to execution and measure impact.
Analyze markets, customers, and competitors to spot opportunities and risks.
Build business cases and financial models that guide decision-making.
Present recommendations and insights to leadership.
Collaborate across countries and teams to ensure plans turn into results.

Who you are

2–4 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - you translate data into strategy.
Clear communicator who can influence at all levels.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (or similar); experience with PowerBi is a plus.
Fluent in Danish; English; extra languages welcome!
