Right now, we’re looking for two economics students to join our Group Finance team based in Copenhagen. If you’re eager to build your finance skills in an international setting and want to learn from experienced colleagues while contributing to real business impact, this could be the perfect fit.

What you'll do here...

You’ll be one of two student assistants in our five-person Group Finance team. Together, we make sure Manyone’s financial operations run smoothly across our global offices. You’ll gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reporting, and administration – playing an important role in keeping our numbers accurate and our processes efficient.

You’ll:

• Do bookkeeping in Danish and international entities
• Process expense claims in Pleo and Mynt
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing
• Prepare materials for internal reporting
• Assist in the handling of supplier invoices and the maintenance of supplier records in our finance systems
• Follow up with vendors when needed
• Contribute to process improvements and system development
• Support on ad-hoc finance and admin tasks

We’ll agree on a working schedule of around 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around busy periods, deadlines, and your exams.

We’ll be a great match if you...

• Are currently studying economics, finance, or a related field – likely early in your studies
• Have a solid academic foundation and a knack for numbers
• Work with focus and engagement, whether independently or as part of a team
• Are structured and self-driven, but never afraid to ask when in doubt
• Are comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets
• Speak and write fluent English – our company language
