Student Assistant - People and Legal

Right now, we’re looking for a Student Assistant that will work with compliance across our Legal and People team to join our office in Copenhagen. You’ll help keep our people and legal agenda running smoothly and ensure our data and documentation are accurate and up to date.

You’ll join a friendly and collaborative People and Legal team where we value ownership, humor, and helping each other succeed. While your role is primarily administrative, it carries real responsibility and the chance to make a daily impact. You’ll be working closely with both our Group General Counsel and Director of People and Talent – and you'll have room to grow as you gain more experience.

You’ll be:

• Updating and maintaining data in our People systems
• Creating various People related documents
• Supporting contract management and GDPR compliance
• Maintaining our internal legal policies and procedures together with our legal files and records
• Managing document filing, archiving, and database updates
• Supporting on ad-hoc admin tasks

We’ll agree on a working schedule of around 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around busy periods, deadlines, and your exams.

We’ll be a great match if you...

• Are currently studying a bachelor in Human Resources or Law
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and service-minded approach
• Have high integrity and respect for confidentiality and data privacy
• Are comfortable using Google Sheets and has a good understanding of numbers
• Have knowledge about the Danish Salaried Employees Act and the Danish Holiday Act
• Speak and write fluent English – our company language
