Core Responsibilities
Play your part in our team succeeding
Element Design - is a key department in the development of new LEGO products, situated between Projects and Procurement/Manufacturing, focused on transforming ideas and designs into real elements.
This department is delivering key innovation, new elements and it is responsible for more than 500 new LEGO elements in our portfolio per year!
