Job Description - Student Worker for Process Optimization
Are you a structured and proactive student looking to gain hands-on experience in the energy sector? Join our Electrification and Automation (EA) business unit, where we work on electrifying and automating energy infrastructure across Denmark. Our department covers the entire value chain from sales and project management to execution, and we are involved in some of the country’s largest energy projects.
About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven student assistant to help us bring structure and efficiency to our engineer-heavy team. Your main tasks will be to:
Take ownership of maintaining and developing our SharePoint site to ensure smooth internal collaboration and knowledge sharing
Work with project and resource management tool Project Online to help us plan, allocate, and track resources effectively
Assist in designing and implementing simple, scalable processes that support our daily operations
Help automate and streamline workflows which includes a bit of coding or scripting (e.g., Power Automate, PowerShell, or similar)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal workflows by identifying opportunities for optimization
The position will see you working approximately 15 hours a week, and we expect that that you can be present at the office in Ballerup once a week. We are however flexible during exam periods and when school gets busy.
What We’re Looking For
A student pursuing a degree within Engineering in Process & Innovation, Information Studies, Business Intelligence or similar
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
Interest in process optimization and digital tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with SharePoint or project management tools is a plus but not a must
