We are looking for a creative stylist to join ONLY’s Marketing team and help shape the visual expression of one of Europe’s leading fashion brands. This is your chance to bring the ONLY BRAND HOUSE universe to life and put your own creative mark on the journey ahead.

In this role, you will work across our brands within ONLY BRAND HOUSE, each with its own identity and target audience. You will get to explore multiple styling universes and help shape how they continue to evolve.

BRING THE LOOK TO LIFE
As our stylist, you will play a key role in shaping the styling across our shoots, with the freedom to bring your own perspective and creativity into your work. Working closely with photographers and the wider team, you will be involved throughout the process from developing looks and preparing outfits to ensuring every detail works in front of the camera.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Style models and create complete looks for campaigns, lookbooks and E-commerce across our brands


• Prepare and select styles, accessories and outfits for upcoming shoots


• Take ownership of styling on set and ensure a strong and consistent final look


• Work closely with photographers throughout productions to achieve the strongest possible result


• Bring new styling ideas, trends and visual references into the team


• Contribute to the continued development of ONLY’s styling direction and visual expression


• Explore and apply AI tools as part of our creative processes and visual development

YOUR CREATIVE EYE
You are an experienced stylist with a strong visual identity and a sharp eye for what makes a look work. Fashion and trends come naturally to you, and you know how to combine your creative instinct with a strong commercial mindset to create styling that works for both the brand and our customers. You are confident on set, comfortable making decisions and not afraid to bring your own point of view into the creative process. We imagine that you:

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ styling experience within the fashion industry, including experience from photo productions


• Have a strong aesthetic eye and an excellent understanding of styling, proportions, colours and details


• Understand how to balance creativity, brand identity and commercial relevance


• Stay close to fashion, trends and new creative tools, and are curious about how they can inspire and develop the way we work


• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
