Job Description - Supply Chain analyst and project manager

Are you interested in optimizing business processes, leading, and giving professional input to logistic and supply chain projects, and acting as an integrator between business needs and IT/technological solutions?

Royal Unibrew offers a new position within Logistics with the opportunity to develop new solutions –structural, process, equipment, and IT wise – and to lead the integration of acquired new companies together with other key stakeholders within Logistics.

Royal Unibrew - your new company
Royal Unibrew is a leading beverage provider in several markets. We produce, market, sell and distribute quality beverages with focus on branded products within beer, malt beverages and soft drinks as well as cider and long drinks. Based on continuous development and innovation, it is Royal Unibrew’s objective to meet customer and consumers demand for quality beverages.

Your new role
As Supply Chain analyst and project manager, you will take a leading role in analyzing logistical and supply chain challenges and opportunities, gathering data and facts, facilitating the process of finding new improved solutions together with colleagues, and implementing them in the organization. A major part of this will be to facilitate workshops, establish and present decision-making material as well as ensuring momentum in the projects.

You will work primarily with Logistics in Denmark, but support may also be required in other parts of the supply chain organization or integration projects. You therefore need to establish good cross functional relationships with Sales, Planning, Production, IT/SAP as well as internal teams within Logistics (Terminals, DK Logistic and International Logistics). You will act both as project manager – managing project activities, tracking progress of deliverables, ensuring business process success – as well as being a provider of professional logistics and supply chain insight to the projects in which you take part.

Your main place of work will be RU in Faxe but will be flexible depending on the actual projects. We value the regular interaction between colleagues, but working from home is an option as well. There is a high degree of freedom in the way you structure your work.

Your way to success
Your educational background is a bachelor or master’s degree in Business Admin., Engineering, or the like. You have 8+ years of experience working with projects as internal or professional consultant improving structures, processes, supporting systems/equipment, etc. You have demonstrated project management skills and proven your ability to execute and deliver projects or subprojects within scope, budget, and timeline. Knowledge and experience from WMS projects implementing warehouse equipment like scanners, pick by voice or RFID is a plus.

You are a team player, with strong interest in engaging with your colleagues. You are empathetic, you have good communication and presentation skills, and you find motivation in building good cross organizational relationships. You are self-driven, pragmatic, and like to pursue achievable goals and get the job done. Fluency in Danish and English as well as deep experience working with data in Excel/databases and ERP systems is a requirement.

What you´ll get in return
The Royal Unibrew supply chain is currently being disrupted by new customer requirements, organic growth, and integration of newly acquired companies. These changes cannot be absorbed by the current structures and the supply chain therefore needs to be taken to next level – moving from production driven to more distribution driven. We offer you a great opportunity to take part in this journey, where you and your role can make a significant impact. You will be part of a great informal team, with nice and ambitious colleagues. You will report directly to the Director of Logistics and have direct access to all relevant stakeholders.

How to apply
If you are interested in this role, please send/upload a copy of your CV and cover letter in Danish or English. If you have any questions about the position you are welcome to contact Kristian Milert Møller, +45 2764 0299.
