  • h2>WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Provide customer support to address user inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrateempathy to understand and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborateclosely with our development team to report identified issues and suggest improvements for our software.
  • Testand evaluate software updates to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of our users.
  • Offerguidance and training to users on how to maximize the features and functionalities of our platform.
  • Updateand adding written documentation to software use, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for users.

  • Proficiency in customer service
  • Understanding of Instagram and Facebook functionalities

  • A quick-learner and someone who are comfortable using IT-system
  • Communication skills in both Swedish and English, encompassing both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
