Job Description - Talent Acquisition Partner, Commercial

As a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on our Commercial function here at Trustpilot, you'll be primarily hiring for a variety of entry to mid-level positions across Europe & RoW. You will work closely with our hiring managers to quickly identify, screen, and schedule candidates, ensuring a consistent and diverse flow of talent over the full recruitment cycle.


You'll have the chance to work across a diverse range of roles within our Commercial function, which includes departments such as Pre-Sales, New Business, and Customer Success, supporting our offices in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Milan and Hamburg.


What you will be doing:



  • Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates

  • Conduct high volumes of phone screens and qualifying calls to assess fit quickly, and candidates' suitability for roles

  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously end-to-end, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing of candidates.

  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates and hiring managers

  • Proactively source top talent using tools such as LinkedIn and Job Boards

  • Maintain accurate and timely data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


Who you are:



  • Experience as an in-house or RPO recruitment professional, ideally partnering with Commercial (Sales/Customer Success) functions.

  • Proficiency in languages such as German, Dutch, Italian, or Danish is highly desirable.

  • Expertise in developing and executing diverse sourcing and hiring strategies

  • Ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to evolving work methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with a positive and collaborative approach.

  • Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner.
