Would you like to lead a highly skilled Credit, Rating & ESG Analysis (CREA) team and contribute to serving our customer credit needs?

We are now looking for a Team Leader for the CREA Corporate 2 team in Denmark. This is an opportunity for you to work close to our business and the whole value chain to secure credit risk aspects on corporate customers. The location for the position can be in eiter Copenhagen, Odense, Aarhus or Kolding.

About this opportunity

Welcome to Credit, Rating & ESG Analysis and Corporate 2, the competence centre for rating and credit risk analysis in Group Credit Management. We add value by assessing and analysing credit risk aspects on corporate customers in Business Banking.

 
As the Team Leader, you’ll play a valuable role by guiding the team to conduct first class credit analysis, share industry expertise and add value to the customer experience and the credit decision process. 

 
What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and developing a team of skilled Credit Analysts that perform credit analysis on corporate customers in various industries and segments
• Interacting and cooperating with stakeholders on various levels of the organisation and across the value chain, executing on the right priorities and delivering the desired effects
• Developing and coaching the team with a focus on people development, actively motivating and inspiring employees to grow and enjoy while developing good results on customer satisfaction and to ensure credit quality, efficiency and compliance
• Taking part or drive projects that enables more accurate and efficient processes

You will lead a team of highly competent and dedicated professionals, located across Denmark, who takes a high degree of ownership for their tasks, performs complex credit risk analysis with passion and courage and collaborates closely with our stakeholders. The role is based in Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus or Odense.

Your experience and background: 

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Leadership experience is an advantage but not an absolute requirement
• Fluency in written and spoken English
