We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage teams of concrete workers, steel fixers, and formwork carpenters. If you have strong leadership skills and is able to effectively manage tasks and motivate a team, we are looking for you!

responsibilities
• Manage teams of concrete workers, rebar workers, and formwork carpenters ...

• Plan and coordinate construction site activitie.
• Monitor work progress and ensure it aligns with the schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality of work
• Motivate and support team members in completing assigned tasks
• Resolve technical issues on the construction site

requirements
• Experience as a team leader or similar role
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Strong team motivation and management skill
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• The ability to work under time pressure and in changing conditions
• You hold a valid driver’s license (category B)
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and quality standards
