What are we looking for…
We are seeking a technical lead ready to be a part of their digital transformation journey. They need a seasoned and technically proficient individual with strong leadership skills. You will work closely with the Product Owner for the development team to ensure timely and prioritized project delivery. Additionally, expect close collaboration with tech leads from other teams to align with Configit’s product strategy.

Your tasks and responsibilities…
As a technical lead, you will foster a high-performing team environment by helping each member achieve personal and collective success. You will guide your team in evenly distributing tasks, ensuring maximum involvement while maintaining balance. Understanding Configit’s products and value to customers is essential for informed strategic decisions. Your inspirational leadership and mentorship will drive the team's overall performance and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Set the technical direction for the team and work with the architecture community to ensure consistency
• Recommend processes or procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
• Agree on deliverables with the Product Owner (what and when)
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps to decide how deliverables are implemented
• Apply situational leadership to assign tasks appropriately

Tasks:

• Act as a “playing coach” and provide technical leadership
• Design, implement, and maintain the products
• Ensure good development practices around clean code and quality
• Set the direction for the product area with the Product Owner and leadership team
• Participate in the creation and evolution of development processes and coding standards
• Define the architecture in collaboration with other technical leaders
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the team’s continuous integration
• Design and implement unit tests and integration tests for own code modules
• Conduct maintenance and bug fixing on existing products

Your profile…
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who excels in working autonomously while being an integral part of a team. You should bring enthusiasm, pragmatism, and a proactive, can-do attitude to every task. As a naturally, curious and skilled software craftsman, you will have a strong commitment to continuous improvement in both product and process. Staying current with the latest technology and best practices is essential, as is your eagerness to learn and coach others. You will also need the capability to set clear directions for the architecture and code base within your domain, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals. Experience with collaborating with international teams is a plus.

On top of this you have …

• A Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
• Experience in a tech lead position working with large data sets
• Experience with enterprise software and cloud applications
• Ability to work on a large and complex codebase
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Mastery in C# and .NET
• Experience with Cloud technologies and Azure
• Front-end technologies such as React and Angular
• SQL databases, document databases, and other storage technologies
• CI/CD, GitHub and deployment processes
• Architecture and design principles
