Technician HR Specialist

For our HQ office in Lystrup, DK, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist eager to take part in an exciting growth journey. You will be part of the Technician Services function that is responsible for coordinating and planning the work for technicians in terms of Sourcing, HR, Training, Mobility, and Business Travel. You will be referring to Director, Technician Services and be part of a function that works with daily HR support to our Technicians.

Areas of responsibility

You will be working in close collaboration with your team and have a broad interface across functions, supporting and advising the business on HR practices related to our Technicians. You will provide daily HR support and develop adequate HR procedures to ensure compliance with Danish employment law and regulations both within and across countries.

You have strong communication skills, allowing you to provide both verbal and written information in a timely, clear, and concise manner to all stakeholders.
