About Finance & IT
You would join the Group function “Finance & IT” which leads NCC’s strategy development and major change programs in the business. Group Finance & IT also drives research and innovation and is NCC’s development and delivery function for IT and operations development. We are a Nordic organization working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCCs business areas, and therefore we have adapted an Agile team-based setup with focus on collaboration, people and efficient delivery and development.

Your role and key responsibilities
In this position you will:

• Have functional responsibility for Test & Requirements management.
• Develop test & requirements frameworks, processes, and tools to secure quality in development as well as in operational contexts.
• Be responsible for developing, executing, and follow up roadmaps in the area of Test & Requirements management.
• In close collaboration with key development resources such as Business Transformation Managers, Enterprise- and Solution Architects, Business Change Managers and IT Procurement Managers, define ways of working that drives value for the business with resources available.
• Ensure execution of qualitative E2E testing across the development portfolio including both projects and teams.
• Cooperate with other shared services and IT product teams to balance speed, quality, and cost in development projects as well as in team-based development situations.
• Work as a bridge between the business and the IT development.
• Act as an ambassador for NCC to be a data driven company.

Your experience and background
You will be important for us in our strategic transformation, and we like you to have

• Experience of leading and developing a Test & Requirements Management function to deliver toward strategic business targets.
• A solid IT background with experience from business and IT transformation journeys
• Fluent written and spoken English plus one more Nordic language.

• An experienced leader with a pedagogic leadership style to guide the business how to engage in quality assurance work
• A great communicator and change manager skills
• Being persistent with a long-term focus as well as short-term
• Goal oriented with a great capacity to see the “now” picture as well as the “then/future” picture

Additional information
This position can be based out of any of our major cities in Sweden, Denmark or Norway but as a leader in this field you are expected the be present at our head office in Solna, Sweden on a regular basis. This means that the position will require some frequent travelling if you are based outside of the Stockholm area, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.
