Then grab this exciting opportunity to be a part of Arla Denmark´s Customer Marketing Trade team, where you will be working with the development and execution of Trade Marketing plans across all of our brands and at all of our retail customers.
The Trade Development Professional position is placed in our Customer Development team where you will join a group of 17 dedicated colleagues based in Aarhus (Viby).
How will you make an impact
As Trade Marketing Specialist for Arla Denmark, it is your job to ensure the perfect delivery of activation of brands and products instore. You use your understanding of shopper behaviour and store opportunities to develop best-in-class solutions, and you execute instore campaigns at our retailers in close collaboration with our Senior Trade Professional and our sales and marketing departments.
In addition to supporting the Senior Trade Professional you will have responsibility for your own projects and have great influence on the Trade Development area. You will have a large contact base working with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and partners. Occasionally you will touch base with Trade Development functions in our other core markets.
Your responsibilities include:
• Develop campaign POS material
• Create and execute engaging instore shopper activities and events
• Prepare campaign selling-in materials with winning retailer arguments to both KAM and to our Field Sales team
• Secure onboarding of flawless execution by Fields Sales team
• Develop and carry out performance measures on selected instore activities
• Prepare campaign budgets and ensure compliance to the budget
• Understanding and optimize financial ROI in order to use most cost effective activations
