As Transaction Manager, you will join our Power Solutions team We promise you will learn fast, grow into ownership quickly, and contribute directly to building the origination engine that powers Reel's next phase of growth.

How You Can Contribute

We are looking for a Transaction Manager, who will play a hands-on role in Reel's PPA origination — supporting the full lifecycle from identifying and qualifying opportunities to structuring and closing deals alongside our senior team.

You'll develop your presence in the developer and financing community, working closely with our Head of Power Solutions and trading team.

What You Will Work On

How You Can Thrive In This Role

Our ideal candidate combines:

• 1-4 years of transactional experience with PPAs, balancing agreements, and related contracts

• Some experience with PPAs, balancing agreements, or related contracts — or a demonstrable desire to develop this expertise quickly

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

• Comfortable working with contract drafting, mark-ups and financial analysis

• Detail-oriented, and comfortable with solving problems when the full picture isn't clear

• Confident communicator, written and verbal, with good commercial instincts

• Comfortable building relationships with developers and representing Reel professionally

• Curious about structuring commercial terms, and eager to develop your negotiation skills

• Fluency in Danish and/or German is a plus
