Your New Role

We are looking for a Consultant to take on a key role in driving user experience and enablement across Ramboll’s Project Model—our framework for delivering outstanding projects to clients around the world.

You’ll work closely with our team of process owners, as well as market and subject matter experts, to make sure process guidance, training, and support truly work for different roles—whether you're a project manager, tender lead, engineer, or designer.

This is a role where curiosity, structure, and collaboration come together—and where your ideas can help shape how thousands of people experience projects every day.

Your Key Responsibilities

• User Experience & Enablement – Shape and maintain intuitive, role-relevant process guidance that’s easy to access and act on.
• Training Coordination – Coordinate the development of role-specific training content with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the needs of business.
• Content Availability– Facilitate the processes for keeping information relevant, accessible, and up to date across communication channels.
• User Feedback & Adoption – Gather insights from users and use that input to continuously improve how we support project work.
• Change Enablement – Support on change adoption initiatives by applying a structured approach to tracking user engagement.
• Business Maturity Support – Contribute to the coordination and anchoring of our business maturity assessment process and tool.

Who You Are

You're someone who:

• Enjoys making things easier, clearer, and more effective for others.
• Likes working with structure—but also loves creating engagement and bringing people along.
• Can translate needs and feedback into improvements that really make a difference.
• Feels comfortable working across teams and functions, building good relationships along the way.

Depending on your experience, you may come in at Consultant or Senior Consultant level—we’re open to finding the right fit.

What You Bring

• A background that could stem from roles such as implementation consultant, process consultant, change manager, or communication consultant.
• Experience or skills within UX, service design, communication, learning and development, or human-computer interaction.
• A proactive, structured way of working—you can keep things moving and see them through.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work with many different types of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital content platforms like SharePoint is a plus, as is experience with change frameworks like ADKAR—but neither is a must.
