We are hiring 2 Data Analysts who will play a crucial role in Resurs Bank's data-driven decision-making processes. This role focuses on developing and optimizing data solutions, particularly through Qlik and SAS Viya development, to support various business functions and products across the Nordics. You will also be a vital part of transforming current solutions and technology in our quest to create a data-driven bank.

This role is located in Sweden where we have three offices: Helsingborg (HQ), Malmö and Stockholm - but for the right competence we are also open to a fully remote solution.

Get an idea of the role
Your primary focus will be on creating effective analyses, programs, end data products, and visualizations using QlikSense, SAS, or preferably both, while also leveraging your analytical skills to provide insights, models, and recommendations.

• Develop and Maintain Analytical Data Models, Reports, and Solutions : Create, manage, and optimize Qlik/SAS data models, solutions, and dashboards to support business intelligence products and analytics needs.
• Perform Advanced Data Analysis : Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, predictions, and insights that can drive strategic decision-making.
• Support Product/Business Functions : Work closely with various departments and products to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights and reports. Reply to requests, incidents, and conduct solution design workshops. Hold presentations on all levels in the company. Drive projects or forums internally or externally to learn, expand knowledge and create value.
• Contribute to Transformation Journey : Design and implement best scenario solutions together with the team and stakeholders while also participating in future solution creation.
• Maintenance : Contribute to the maintenance of current solutions and plan for improvements within your main area.

On a personal level
We are looking for driven Data Analysts with a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and efficiency.

We believe that you have:

• Strong Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Expertise : Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, data visualization, stakeholder management, technical application management.
• Additional Skills : Knowledge of QlikSense and SAS Viya is a significant plus. Familiarity with other modern data analysis tools, technologies, and coding languages is desirable.
• Educational Background : A University degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience : A few years of experience in a data analysis role, with a track record of successfully managing and analyzing large datasets. Experience in the banking field is a plus.
• Future Tools and Technologies : Willingness to learn and work with advanced data analytics tools and ML/AI deployment.
