A central finance and administration function within an international real estate development company
MG Real Estate develops and constructs large warehouse and logistic centers throughout Europe. As part of the Nordic team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the company's finance and administration functions in Denmark and Sweden.
The Nordic team consists of 3 employees in Denmark based in Copenhagen and 2 employees in Sweden based in Stockholm and Gothenburg. In addition to the Nordic team, you will also collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Finance team at the headquarters in Belgium.
In the role of Finance & Administration Assistant, your primary responsibilities include:

You will be based at the office on Hovedvagtsgade in the center of Copenhagen, where your two Danish colleagues also have their base. You can expect quarterly trips to the headquarters in Belgium in connection with quarterly and annual closures.
A proactive financial professional with strong language skills
We expect you to have a relevant economics, accounting or administration educational background. Furthermore, we imagine you have several years of experience in a similar position involving various financial and administrative tasks in an international setting, where you have utilized your language skills. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked in a similar industry, but it´s not a requirement.
You are characterized as independent and proactive in your daily tasks and service-oriented by nature. You excel at maintaining an overview, keeping structure, and prioritizing your tasks in a busy workday. As you will have daily contact with colleagues and partners in Denmark, Sweden, and Belgium, proficiency in Danish, Swedish, and English, both written and spoken, is a prerequisite.
