Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and a world leading supplier of intelligent metering solutions and services. We experience significant demand for our products, solutions, and services, where we have a strong focus on developing the most innovative and value-adding intelligent metering solutions and services for energy- and water consumption and was in 2022 awarded with the innovation prize by Dansk Industri (DI). Our ambition is to transform meter data into insights that will help utilities optimize the production and distribution of clean water and energy. Therefore, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Service Management team.

With a direct reference to our Service Management Manager, you will become a part of a team of 7 dedicated colleagues who work together to ensure high customer satisfaction through an understanding of the customer journey in Kamstrup. The team is organized in three main roles: Service Delivery Management, Project Management and QHSE Management. Through strategic initiatives, a strong customer mindset and support to other functions in Kamstrup, we contribute to the journey towards being a more service driven business.

Customer Success Manager with a focus on customer value realization and aftersales
In the role as Customer Success Manager, your primary tasks will be to ensure that we deliver high customer value to our customers. You will be expected to establish long-term relationships and securing the correct customer product portfolio over time. Furthermore, you will be identifying new sales opportunities with existing customers as well as participating in tendering processes.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Development and introduction of new strategic services
  • Contributing to optimization and further development
  • Keeping an eye on data driven optimization etc.
  • Identification, scoping and implementation of new services in close collaboration with Product Management and Sales
  • Driving initiatives and processes to improve services to customers
  • Reporting Service Level performance and defined KPIs to our customers

Personality matters
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who excel in working closely together with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements and sales opportunities. We imagine that you have a relevant educational background at minimum bachelor’s level in engineering, IT, Business Administration or similar. You have +3 years of experience from a role where you have worked with customers and/or projects preferably from the energy, IT, or telecom industry. Furthermore, experience with tenders, project management or delivery of improvement projects is considered an advantage.

As a person you are self-driven, structured and possess a proactive mindset, which helps you deliver on promises within deadlines. Furthermore, you succeed through your ability to create real value for our customers though deep customer insights and understanding.

It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. Other Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
