Job Description - Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager at Benify, you will create marketing activities for parts of our product offerings. This could also include engaging in speaking engagements and producing written works. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive product adoption.

Our Product Marketing team is on the rise, and we're looking for someone with experience to help us take it to the next level. You'll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to our function's growth. You will be responsible for developing a go-to-market strategy for both new and existing products. To achieve this, you'll conduct extensive research, gathering information from customers, product teams, marketing, and sales teams.

In this role , you will also:

  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning that highlights our products' unique value propositions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
  • Equip our sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products. In this role, you'll play a key role in making them attractive to the sales team.

Personal Attributes
You're a proactive self-starter who excels at managing responsibilities independently and taking initiative. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy for each feature or product you oversee, confidently identifying opportunities and addressing challenges. A natural collaborator, you'll build strong relationships across departments and navigate organizational structures effectively. You'll take initiative and make decisions that keep projects on track while motivating your team members to achieve common goals. Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely execution.

We also see that you have:

  • A few years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, or Marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in writing marketing copy and creating materials (e.g., presentations).
  • Good stakeholder management and prioritization.
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or similar.
  • You are fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills.

It's an extra ? if you also have...

  • Experience in the Benefit Tech industry or SaaS-experience.

  • Location: London or remote UK
  • Other: The team and manager is currently located in Stockholm and you will travel to our HQ around 3-4 times per year to visit the team and the HQ-office.
