The position
As the Corporate Vice President of Needle Manufacturing at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Oversee the production of pen needles and ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
• Drive innovation in manufacturing technologies and processes to maintain competitive advantage.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and strategic growth.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.

About the site
The Needle Manufacturing site, located in Hørring, is responsible for the global supply of Novo Nordisk’s pen needles. As the needle technology center, we work closely with Device R&D to develop and manufacture high-quality needle devices. Our department is committed to ensuring compliance, maintaining quality performance, and continuously improving our manufacturing processes. With our expanding site, there are ample opportunities for growth and development.
