Finance Manager (maternity cover)

As a Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring that our financial reporting is timely, accurate, and of the highest quality. You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, to drive efficiencies and support our business goals. The Finance Shared Service Center is part of the HQ Finance function at Flying Tiger Copenhagen.
The team is professional and informal with 31 team members located in our office at Strandgade - in the center of Copenhagen.
This role is a maternity cover with an end date in May 2025. You report to the Head of Finance, Markets.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly and year-end financial reports.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to achieve seamless financial operations.
• Maintain high data quality standards and ensure all financial data meets regulatory standards.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects where finance plays a key role.
• Deliver timely and accurate partner and public authority reporting.
• Develop and enhance shared service offerings through continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on projects involving finance and accounting stakeholders.

This is you

• Maybe you have recently finished your M.Sc. in Finance, or you have worked several years in a finance function, and you are eager for new challenges, it would be a great asset if you have worked with retail before.
• Furthermore, you have experience with ERP systems and preparation of reconciliations, documentation, and period end closings. You have strong skills in MS Office and particularly in MS Excel.
• In the role, it is also expected you hold a business level proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish.
• You like to be a part of an international, dynamic, and fast changing work environment.
• You have a service-minded and professional approach to stores and partners and development of strong partnerships is your core competence.
