MBA Programme Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join our international team taking care of the CBS MBA Programme portfolio. We have a strong focus on our participants who we follow closely throughout their entire journey from admissions to participants and when they become alumni. We therefore work with a personalised approach where building relationships is key. The Role
This position as Programme Manager will work closely together with the existing Programme Manager and Associate Dean on tasks to effectively develop and manage the Full-time MBA programme and class. Some of the tasks are listed in the below: Programme Development: Continuously work on refining the programme structure, objectives, and content, ensuring a comprehensive and impactful learning journey for participants. Recruitment: Play an active role in the admissions process by interviewing candidates and potentially travelling to MBA fairs a few times a year.
Participant Engagement: Ensure a supportive environment for participants, facilitating a high-quality MBA experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with external partners helping our participants connect with relevant companies for engaging in their final strategy Project. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the program, from logistics and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and assess programme performance to make informed adjustments and innovations in the curriculum and delivery. Extra-curricular Activities: Take responsibility for mentoring programmes, case competitions, events and visits. Experience and Qualifications
Many educational backgrounds can be relevant for this position, but you should have a good interest in working with people, project development and management. We appreciate candidates with the following qualifications:
Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects, with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Networking and Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders within the MBA ecosystem. Personal Profile

Employment and remuneration take place in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant organization, with a classification and remuneration depending on qualifications and experience. The position is a full-time position and you will be expected to start no later than 2 September 2024.
