Senior RPA Business Analyst

About the job

As a Senior RPA Business Analyst, you will be part of Falck’s RPA CoE in Global IT. The department is responsible for driving the largest and most complex RPA projects across all of Falck’s business units spread over 30 countries.

In addition to running our own projects in the CoE, we have a global responsibility to support local RPA satellite units’ projects by providing guidance and training of staff.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Practical experience with RPA in the role of Business Analyst (Minimum 3 years)
• The ability to simplify and improve processes, as well as convey complex messages
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Willingness to work in an international environment (Travel activity may occur – locally and internationally)
• Desire to work in an innovative environment with various experts who share common goals.
• Experience with RPA provider UiPath

In practice, you will, among other things:

• Be responsible for your own business unit (Discover, deliver and lead project pipeline)
• Work closely with many actors in Falck
• Inspection of automation requests and preparing business cases
• Take responsibility for the solution, including:
  o Optimization and standardization of the process
  o Facilitation of necessary accesses
  o Preparing Visio flows
  o Preparation of PDD’s
  o Facilitation of testing
  o Facilitation of the solution going into production
  o Participate in various forums where we improve our internal processes

Part of an interdisciplinary delivery stream

Falck’s RPA department currently consists of 12 employees and is part of the Data function, which includes an additional 50 dedicated specialists with various skills in Data & Analytics, Master Data, and Automation.

We have an informal tone, a strong team spirit, and good cross-functional collaboration. We are physically located in Copenhagen, Aarhus (DK), Warsaw (Poland), and Arizona (USA), where there may be travel between locations, so you can get closer to your colleagues and business partners.
