Senior S&OP Manager

This position will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark under the Region NWE Supply Chain department. You will directly report to the Supply Chain S&OP Director.

The Position

As Senior S&OP Manager, you will support, improve and sustain our S&OP process, and work across central functions (mainly finance and commercial) and regional teams to drive decision-making and resolution of business cases. The scope of the role will cover both the horizon of S&OE and S&OP.

Your main accountabilities will be:

• Assist in preparing for the regional executive Regional S&OP meeting
• Ensure the S&OP process is maintained at the intended level of maturity
• Run demand and supply analytics on the regional level in order to support a balanced regional supply chain
• Build understanding and trust with key stakeholders through ongoing dialogue and delivering results

Qualifications

As a Senior S&OP Manager, you need to have a Relevant academic degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience within supply chain management.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and verbal business level English

The Senior S&OP Manager position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our department is focused on improving and sustaining our S&OP process. We work closely with central functions, mainly finance and commercial, as well as regional teams to drive decision-making and resolution of business cases.
