Role Description
Are you ready to drive strategic organisational change contributing to a more sustainable future and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion. Joining us offers you a key position for driving the integration of our social sustainability programs.
You will be part of a dedicated team covering ESG, DE&I and Public Affairs. Sustainability and ESG is high on the agenda at LEO Pharma, and you will take the lead on social sustainability related topics including DE&I and human rights, and sustainability communication efforts and have a broad interaction towards the rest of the organisation and external stakeholders.

The role is a temporary role for 8 months as a maternity cover for one of the team members.
Your Role
You will have a key role in driving and implementing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, activities focussing on social sustainability, human rights and communication efforts. Giving you following responsibility:
This role will give you a great deal of interaction and collaborate with colleagues from various departments when implementing programs, monitoring outcomes and gathering information to drive sustainability communication efforts.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who will thrive in a role with a high degree of exposure and possesses a facilitating approach for working with change management. In this position it will be vital that you master communication both written and spoken and can interact with various people at all levels.
