Digital Operations Intern

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC AND MOTIVATED INTERN TO JOIN OUR DIGITAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT STARTING 1 AUGUST FOR 3-6 MONTHS IN COPENHAGEN. Responsibilities include

• Assisting in managing day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, including product uploads.
• Building the homepage on ganni.com and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Providing administrative support as needed, including data uploads into the PIM system and communication with external vendors.
• Proofreading style notes in PIM in both Danish and English.
• Supporting SEO tasks.

Qualifications and requirements

• Fluent in written Danish and English.
• Based in Copenhagen.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Enjoy working independently and taking an active part in daily tasks.
• Ease in familiarising yourself with new digital platforms and systems.
• Hands-on and always oriented towards problem-solving.
• Thrives in a hectic, informal, and creative environment.

What else?

You will be working out of our unique GANNI house located in Copenhagen. The internship can be either part-time (15-20 hours per week) or full-time, with a minimum duration of 3 months, preferably 6 months.
