If you are passionate about Customer Service and Supply chain, there is a great opportunity for you as we are looking for a highly motivated Internship full time for 6 months!

Starting date: August 2023

YOUR IMPACT ___________

Within the Nordic Organization and reporting to the Nordic Customer Service Lead, you willbe placed in a vantage point in the organization and have a chance to actively work together with all the departments of Parfums Christian Dior Nordics. As such, you will thus gain an insight into how the luxury goods business operates in the Nordics working with the company’s external and internal clients across the different markets.

This internship will be based on Copenhagen, Denmark.

YOUR MISSION ____________

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Management of various order types, including:
  • Weekly sales orders
  • Tester and POSM orders
  • Internal sales orders
  • Returns
• Service and stock level monitoring and reporting
• Novelty item registration & other assortment-related tasks
• Claims handling
• General delivery flow oversight
• Support the Team Lead in various developmental projects to harmonize the processes of and tools used by the department
• Other ad hoc tasks as required

Profile

WHO YOU ARE _________

• Bachelor or Master Student (Major Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain)
• Fluent in English (Danish and other Nordics languages will be a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Power point is a must)
• Structured and Organized, Eye for the detail.
• Analytical skills and strong communication skills.
