As a Product Intern, you will working in a dynamic, supportive environment that fosters creativity, learning, and cross-functional collaboration. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Monitor project timelines, budgets and manage resources by working closely with our external vendors to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare reports on project status for management review.
• Support the development of content for product marketing, including newsletters, webinars and articles.
• Support the product team by assisting with user testing sessions and collecting detailed feedback to enhance product features.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to ensure that product development efforts are aligned with project goals.
• Analyze competitors' products and market strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Conduct secondary research to identify market trends and customer needs that can inform the development of new features or products

What you will need: We imagine a strong candidate would demonstrate a growth mindset and be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, business intelligence, IT, engineering, computer science, or a related field is required. In addition, we would value:

• Project Management Skills: Product trainees may be involved in managing projects related to product development, launch, or improvement. Strong project management skills, including the ability to set priorities, allocate resources, and meet deadlines, are valuable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying ideas clearly to team members, customers, and stakeholders. This includes the ability to create compelling presentations and documentation.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Product trainees often work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, sales, and customer support.
• Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented is important for ensuring that product specifications are accurately documented, requirements are met, and quality standards are maintained throughout the product life cycle.
