We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of venture building and innovation. Our ideal candidates are creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the latest developments in health and well-being, renewable energy, clean technologies, and sustainable business models.

Key Responsibilities:
You will get the chance to work with our team on one or more of the following areas, Employer Branding, Community Management, Venture Building support, and Partnership Development. Here you will have some of the following tasks;

• Assist in market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the health, and energy sector including ongoing project focus areas.
• Support the sourcing, evaluation, and screening of potential startup ventures/ and founders, including conducting due diligence and preparing reports
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine business models, go-to-market strategies, and growth plans for portfolio companies.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events, workshops, and networking sessions to engage with industry stakeholders and entrepreneurs.
• Assist in content creation and curation for marketing materials, social media channels, and website updates related to energy innovation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Strong interest in business innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience or coursework in business/health/energy-related fields, startups, venture capital, or innovation ecosystems is a plus but not required.

Duration:
This is a 4-month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.
