About the job
As an intern, you will participate in Arla’s European Commercial Operations, supporting projects across teams and borders. We’re searching for an intern to help with various European tasks, and you will get first-hand experience with strategic and operational functions in each task.

Net Revenue Management is accountable for achieving ambitious growth and profitability aspirations across the European Zone. This role enables you to understand customer, category and competitor dynamics broadly. As a part of the NRM team, you will:

• Support the team in identifying opportunities for the business and addressing problem-solving commercial challenges.
• Create and maintain reports to identify commercial insights and support ongoing net revenue management analysis.
• Support the European NRM team to develop & execute a roadmap to build capability, processes, and tools to improve business outcomes.
• Assist the team in developing strategy and commercial plans through category deep dive analytics across all NRM levers (brand portfolio pricing, pack price architecture, active channel mix, promotion management, and trade terms optimization).
• Build collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Development and Insights teams, ensuring activation and continuous learning of NRM plans.

Who are you?
You are studying for a relevant degree and will soon start a semester where you have the chance to get practical experience as an intern. Furthermore, you:

• Have some knowledge about and curiosity for data and numbers.
• Are innovative and creative with visualization in PowerPoint.
• Have strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and if you command PowerBI or other reporting systems, it is only a bonus!).
• Can work 37 hours/week from Autumn 2023 until December 2023.
