Job Description - GRC Student Worker - Information Security
We are looking for a GRC Student Worker to join Keylane and support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance function within the Life & Pension industry.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and Information Security while building relevant skills in a professional SaaS environment.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and get real exposure to compliance, risk management, and Information Security in practice. You will support both daily operations and ongoing improvements, while building a strong foundation for your future career.
Key about the role
Support customer-related compliance activities, including documentation and evidence collection
Assist with Information Security tasks, audits, assessments, and internal risk reviews
Help maintain and update the Keylane Risk Framework and related documentation
Coordinate with teams across the organization to ensure compliance requirements are met
Assist in structuring and documenting GRC processes and procedures
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and awareness initiatives
Support continuous improvements of GRC tools, processes, and documentation within our ISMS
Key about your team
You will join our GRC team, working closely with colleagues across Keylane to support governance, risk, and compliance activities. The team plays a central role in ensuring that we meet regulatory requirements and maintain a strong Information Security setup.
You will be part of an international and collaborative environment, where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are key. As a student assistant, you will be supported by experienced colleagues who are eager to involve you and help you grow.
The team consists of 5 people in Denmark and The Netherlands; the job will be at the Copenhagen office.
You are currently enrolled in a relevant study (e.g., Business Administration, Risk Management, IT Security, Law, or similar)
You have an interest in governance, risk, compliance, and Information Security
You are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy organizing and improving processes
You are motivated to learn
You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
It is a plus if you have heard about frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, or ISAE3402 is a plus, but not required.
