Intern - Generic Roles

Do you have what it takes to develop and execute engaging campaigns and content on digital media and email? Do you want to play a crucial role in our Food Service team? Join Arla Foods’ Foodservice marketing department! The team handles all marketing activities (communication, campaigns, product launches, sustainability, sales support, master data etc.) targeting the business-to-business market. The customers include wholesalers, chefs, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, hotels, etc. The marketing team consists of 9 people working with different channels, media platforms and product management.

How will you make an impact

Your main responsibilities as a digital marketing intern are:

• Creating engaging emails to our target groups (chefs) and optimizing them for maximum impact.


• Help develop plans and strategies for nurturing emails.


• Support content production for campaigns and product launches.


• Evaluating on campaign performance on various digital media platforms, ensuring that we learn and improve.


• Project management on campaigns/development projects.


• Ad-hoc marketing related projects.

Then you might be just who we are looking for! We welcome any student who is eager to learn, is ambitious and enjoys challenges. You have strong project management skills, attention to details and a curious mindset. Also, you find it motivating to improve the status quo and satisfying to heighten the quality of our digital marketing efforts across the funnel.  Furthermore you:

• Are currently pursuing a BA or cand.merc. in marketing, retail, communication, or a similar field.


• Are fluent in Danish and English.


• Have strong communication skills.


• Demonstrate solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.


• Are able to work independently.


• Are available for a four-month internship in fall 2026.


• Experience within the fields of email marketing, paid media, content development and digital marketing in general is a plus but not a requirement.
