Student Assistant - Communication at Cellerator

Are you passionate about life science innovation and able to communicate to a diverse range of stakeholders? 

Do you have an interest in supporting strategic communication efforts in a fast-paced and evolving environment? Are you excited about helping shape the narrative of Cellerator, a new strategic initiative within the Novo Nordisk Foundation? If so, you might be the Communications Student Assistant we’re looking for! 

The Role 

We are looking for a proactive and engaged student assistant to support our Business Development team with communication efforts in a variety of tasks, including: 

• Assisting with content creation for social media, website, and internal communications 

• Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders 

• Assist in planning and executing events, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth operations 

• Craft engaging news articles and press materials to highlight key milestones, initiatives, and events, ensuring clear and compelling messaging 

• Assist with administrative tasks related to communications and marketing 

Who You Are 

We are looking for a candidate who: 

• Is a 2nd or 3rd-year Bachelor's student or has just started an MSc in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Corporate Communication, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year left in your studies.. 

• Has strong communication skills and is proficient in verbal and written English 

• Is a super-user in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, with a strong visual design sense 

• Is proactive, energetic, and a team player, bringing new ideas to the table and able to work independently when needed. 

• Is detail-oriented, with a structured approach to tasks and deadlines 

• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys working in an evolving organization where new initiatives and ideas are constantly taking shape.
