At Castello® Global, we are currently a team of six passionate business and marketing professionals based at Arla´s global head office in Viby, Denmark. We lead brand strategy, portfolio, communication, innovation and other developments, and work closely with the local brand teams in each country to activate locally.

How you will make an impact

This position requires great collaboration with members of our internal team, brand managers in our local markets, external agencies and other stakeholders. Day-to-day you will work under the guidance of a global brand manager. Outside of the core responsibilities, you may be asked to support the wider team on various ad hoc tasks. As a Student Assistant in the Global Brand Team you will be working on a range of tasks, e.g:

• Owning as well as supporting selected website/content development projects.


• Work with our agency to implement updates on both consumer facing and internal platforms.


• Developing and maintaining a full overview of Castello® marketing assets.


• Initiate and run internal PR/event activities.


• Continuously tracking the performance of Castello products and markets, as well as monitoring competitor activities such as product launches and communications.


• Assisting in development of global communication materials.


• Coordinating inputs between global team and local markets.

• Pay strong attention to detail and ensure high quality in customer-facing work.


• Bring an open, positive mindset and enjoy collaborating with others.


• Have a flexible, can-do attitude and are ready to change gears or support the team when needed.


• Are able to work on-site at the HQ in Viby.


• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.


• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Denmark (preferably within marketing, business, or a related field).


• Are available to work 10–15 hours per week and interested in a long-term student role (1.5+ years).
