Student Assistant Customer Support Italy

Looking for hands-on work experience in an international SaaS company?

tamigo is growing, and so is our customer base. We’re looking for a Student Assistant to help us create an effortless experience for our customers while also supporting our continued growth in the Italian market.

In this role, you will work closely with our Italian customers, the Customer Experience department, and colleagues across tamigo. Your tasks will go beyond traditional support: you’ll get involved in different activities related to the Italian market, gain hands-on experience with our product, and build a strong understanding of how we work with our core markets.

You’ll be fully integrated into the team from day one, with plenty of opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow.

What you will do

• Support Italian and international customers via email and phone, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting

• Educate and empower customers to maximise their use of tamigo

• Assist with contract renewals and translate documentation from English to Italian
  
  

You have

• Native level Italian and proficiency in written and spoken English

• At least 1 year left before graduating from master’s studies in a field such as business, IT, communication or another relevant field
