Student Assistant, Global Supply Chain

Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Student Assistant for the Global Supply Chain organization to be based at Ambu's HQ in Ballerup / Denmark.

As a Student Assistant, Global Supply Chain, you will play a key role in supporting Projects within Supply Chain and across the organisation. Furthermore, you will be a vital support within BI Data & Analytics. You will have various roles within the team and have a great opportunity to learn about the End2End Supply Chain. 

You will join a highly skilled department, and you will report to Stefan Aksel Ranch Ghetz - Global Product Launch Manager, Global Supply Chain. You are expected to work from our HQ in Ballerup approximetly 15 hours/week. 

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Project Support across Global Supply Chain


• KPI / Dashboard Development / Support


• Ad Hoc Tasks

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you: 

• Are studying for a B.Sc or M.Sc within Supply Chain or similar fields


• Have experience working in a Supply Chain team before, however this is not required


• Have strong analytical skills


• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)


• Have skills in a BI Tool (Preferable Power Bi)


• Have strong communication skills in English


• Have a high energetic drive, motivation, and accountability
