Make a Real Impact

As part of our Employee Relations team in Viby, Aarhus, you will support learning and development activities across Arla's Danish Supply Chain organisation. This is first and foremost an administrative role, where you help ensure that learning activities run smoothly while using data to improve processes, follow-up, and learning outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing course enrolments, participant administration, expenses, and reimbursements

Supporting managers, employees, and internal stakeholders with learning-related processes

Tracking and analysing learning data, participation trends, and evaluation results

Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations that support decision-making

Supporting communication, digital engagement, and process improvements

What Will Make You Successful

We are looking for a student who enjoys combining structure, analysis, and collaboration. You may be studying Politics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and you are motivated to turn theory from your studies into real business practice.

Are curious, eager to learn, and interested in how organisations work

Are organised, reliable, and attentive to details

Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks

Communicate confidently in Danish and English and have strong Excel skills

In addition, you have:

At least two years remaining in your studies

Availability to work approximately 10–15 hours per week
