Student Assistant Sales Operations & Administration

team and help ensure that our commercial operations run smoothly.
This role is ideal for a business-minded student who enjoys creating structure,
supporting commercial processes, and helping a sales team perform at its best.

Tasks

As a Student Assistant, you will work closely with our senior sales team, supporting
administrative and operational tasks that allow them to focus on building relationships,
networking, and generating sales.
You will become an important part of our commercial team and gain valuable insight
into how sales operations work in a growing international company.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
• Preparing quotations, presentations, and sales documentation
• CRM and customer data management
• Assisting with customer follow-ups and sales processes
• Coordinating internal tasks and deadlines
• Supporting reporting and sales administration
• Assisting with ad hoc projects across the sales department
• Helping create structure and maintain efficient workflows

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably within Business,
  Economics, International Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Highly structured and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive and reliable with a hands-on attitude
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is an advantage
