Student Assistant - Studio

About The Role
You will support the Creative Studio with day to day operations, traffic management, and light project coordination. You will help keep work moving, documentation current, and stakeholders aligned. You will also support social media delivery. This role suits a student or recent graduate who wants practical experience inside a fast moving in house creative team.

What You Will Do

• Manage studio traffic and job flow. Track briefs, priorities, and deadlines.


• Support light project management. Create timelines, chase actions, and flag risks early.


• Maintain documentation and processes. Keep playbooks, templates, and workflows accurate and usable.


• Coordinate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Comms to gather inputs and keep projects unblocked.


• Support social media delivery. Schedule content, manage assets, and ensure approvals land on time.


• Prepare status updates and reports for the studio leadership team.


• Handle admin tasks that keep the studio running smoothly.

• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, project trackers, and basic social platforms.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing quality.


• Confidence working with different teams and senior stakeholders.


• Basic understanding of social media workflows is a plus.
