Student Assistant, Supply Chain Planning - Holstebro Dairy

As a student assistant, you will become part of the Supply Chain Planning team in Arla, which is a department that works across all our sites. You will gain insight into planning processes and learn how we ensure efficient production and deliveries.

How will you make an impact

As a student assistant, you will become part of the daily operational execution, giving you the opportunity to gain experience that can support your future career within Supply Chain. Some of your responsibilities as a student assistant will be:

• Maintenance of master data.


• Continuous improvement of planning tools.


• Preparation of materials and data for meetings.


• Collaboration with internal stakeholders.


• Ad hoc analyses to support the team.

What will make you successful

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in Supply Chain Management, data analysis, and process optimization. You are a skilled communicator who thrives in environments with multiple stakeholders and collaborates effectively across functions, contributing to smooth and productive cooperation. In addition, you are self-driven and motivated by continuous improvement, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance processes and support further work. Furthermore, you are:

• Studying a bachelor’s or master’s program (Cand.Merc or similar) or another relevant education matching the profile we are looking for.


• Structured, detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills.


• Have experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP is an advantage but not a requirement.


• Fluent in both English and Danish, written and spoken.


• Available to work approximately 10-15 hours per week with flexibility regarding working hours and location.
