Student Worker, Business Analysis & Reporting

YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our E-commerce Distribution & Projects team in Brande, Denmark. We are a team of 10 colleagues working closely together and across many parts of BESTSELLER. Every year, we support the movement of more than 15 million parcels and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to keep our ecommerce operations running smoothly.

In our team, we combine analysis, business understanding and collaboration to improve the way we work every day. We move quickly, help each other and take ownership of our responsibilities. As our new Student Worker, you’ll become an integrated part of the team and contribute to real business tasks from day one.

YOUR ROLE
As our new Student Worker, you’ll support the team with analysis, reporting and cost-related tasks that help create visibility across our ecommerce distribution setup. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business and gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment where details matter and decisions are driven by data.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting business analysis tasks such as ROI calculations, break-even analyses, KPI reporting and business cases


• Managing invoices and supporting monthly claim settlements


• Preparing monthly cost reporting and helping create visibility for management


• Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and coordination across stakeholders


• Contributing to improvements in reporting, processes and ways of working 

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your tasks, build strong analytical skills and learn how a large e- commerce operation works behind the scenes.

YOUR PROFILE
You enjoy creating structure through analysis and reporting, and you are motivated by contributing to a team where collaboration and ownership matter. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are eager to learn and develop along the way.

In addition, you:

• Are currently studying within finance, business, economics, supply chain or a related field - preferably with at least two years left until final graduation


• Are fluent in English and confident working in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel – Power BI is considered an additional plus


• Have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and data


• Take initiative and approach tasks in a structured and responsible way

LOCATION AND TERMS: This position is located in our office in Brande, Denmark. You will be in in the office 2-3 times per week and work around 20 hours on a weekly basis.
