Supporters - start August 2026

We are looking for supporters (office assistants)

The positions are fixed-term with a duration of one year and run from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, excluding a daily lunch break of 30 minutes.

About the position
As a supporter, you will be a central point of contact for a wide range of tasks that will help develop both your personal and professional skills. You will have a varied workday in a busy, international working environment, where tasks are continuously planned based on the firm’s current needs.

You will become part of Plesner’s supporter team, which works closely together and handles tasks across the organisation.

We expect that you
are a student from upper secondary school or business college and that you are responsible, reliable, and service-minded. You have a strong sense of order, maintain an overview – even in a busy workday – and approach your tasks with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

In addition, you have strong written and verbal Danish skills, are proficient in mathematics, and have a solid knowledge of, for example, Windows-based programs.

Your tasks
You will assist with a wide range of diverse tasks. In addition to administrative duties, your work will include copying and scanning tasks of both large and small scale, sorting and organising documents, running errands in the city, travel bookings, case creation, physical and electronic filing, updating data sheets, as well as scanning and distributing mail.

Your efforts will help ease the daily work of both lawyers and administrative staff.
