Our E-Commerce team
VILA is feminine fashion brand and our E-Commerce team plays an integral role in the further expansion of our business. You will have the chance to become part of a well-integrated but independently operating unit spanning across planning, buying, product, platforms, performance marketing, CRM and campaigns.

You will be a part of a team of 13 colleagues with different competencies within E-commerce, who will contribute to your development and knowledge during your internship.

Your role
You will take on a new role in our team ensuring that all our business areas are well-covered from an analytical and retrospective approach. In this role, you will get every opportunity to be both strategic, operational, and developmental in those areas that requires optimization. You will have great influence on your work, and we expect you to take responsibility and drive projects independently. Your areas of responsibility include:

• Assisting stock management for both VILA.com and our Partner Program. This would include profitability tools, markdown strategy & execution, assisting our promotions and campaigns from a stock/data perspective for each channel.
• Monitor and follow our sales channels in terms of sell-through rates, and executing relevant actions to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and adjust our NOOS performance/supplying according to our forecasts and performance.
• Reporting, analyzing KPI’s and provide clear comments on commercial performance.

Your profile
You’re a self-starter with excellent analytical and collaboration skills with the drive to succeed. You’re motivated by working in a commercial and result-oriented environment. You will have the ability to balance your day-to-day operational tasks maintaining structure, while also discovering new business opportunities based on your analyses and ideas. You are a team player with a drive to keep the wider team up to date on challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in the Commercial and Retail Management Master’s program at Aarhus University
• You have a natural passion for E-Commerce as an industry
• You have a good understanding of systems and processes and an eye for details, high work standards and a natural analytical approach
• You have experience with Microsoft Excel
• You are fluent in English; both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
